Superfund Site located in Asheville, North Carolina. The settling parties are CTS Corporation, Mills Gap Road Associates and Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation. The proposed settlement addresses recovery of CERCLA costs incurred by EPA for a cleanup performed at the Site.
