How to read the grades and ranks
Fixed bands. Named dimensions.
A: 80–100. B: 60–under 80. C: 40–under 60. D: 20–under 40. F: 0–under 20. These are display conventions, not percentiles or an overall firm grade.
A measured evidence score of zero can receive F. Missing scores and ambiguous legacy zero signals are ungraded.
Comparable cohorts, visible limits.
Equal scores share a rank: 1, 1, 3. A name search keeps the firm's position in the full selected-state cohort. Unknown values are unranked and appear after supported values.
Reviews require at least five published first-party reviews. The grade maps the 1–5 average to 0–100 using (average − 1) / 4 × 100. Google ratings and claimed settlement amounts do not enter these rankings.

Share de-identified settlement data for review, or find a firm to leave a review. A submission does not automatically change a grade.
